Step 1: Take the almonds in a small cup of warm water and soak them for 2-3 hours.

Step 2: Same way soak the saffron in 2tbsp of cold milk.

Step 3: After soaking the almonds grind them with a ½ cup of milk till to a smooth paste.

Step 4: Test the grinded item with the finger tips the paste should be fine and smooth.

Step 5: Take a pan and place this badam paste into it. Allow to heat until it gets to bubble.

Laskey lime soda

  • Lemon juice- 3 spoons
  • Cold water- 1 1/2 cup
  • Grated lemon zest of 2 lemons
  • Sugar- 1/4 cup
  • Sugar- 1 spoons
  • Bay leaves- 2
  • Water- 3/4 cup

Step 1: For bay ice cubes, Combine bay leaves, water and sugar in an ice cube case and store de-freeze for 2 or 3 hrs.

Step 2: Combine sugar and lemon zest in a processor and blend it well.

Step 3: Add lemon juice, chilled water and blend the chilled drink again.

Step 4: Serve the Laskey lemon soda in a glass.

Step 5: Add bay ice cubes before serving.
