Chicken salad recipe – Healthy chicken salad

  • Boiled chicken pieces- 2cups
  • Boiled sweet corn-1cup
  • Onion slices- 1cup
  • Chopped tomato- 1cup
  • Green capsicum chopped- 1/2cup
  • Cream- 1cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli flakes- 1 spoon
  • Semi powdered black pepper- 1 spoon
  • Honey- 1 spoon
  • Lettuce chopped-1cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped- ½ cup

How to make

Step 1: Take a bowl add boiled chicken and sweet corn, stir it well.

Step 2: Add salt, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum and mix it well.

Step 3: Add onion slices, cream and chopped lettuce and mix it well.

Step 4: Sprinkle red chilli flakes, semi powdered pepper and honey.

Step 5: Mix it well and garbish it with coriander leaves.
