- Lemon -2
- Sugar- 5 spoons
- Salt- pinch
- Water- 2 glasses
Step 1: First squash juice from lemon in a small bowl.
Step 2: Add salt as required and sugar, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3: Add chilled water and mix it well.
Serve the homemade lemon juice in this hot summer.
Mint lemon juice
- Lemon juice- 6 lemons
- Mint leaves- hand full
- Cool water- 2 glasses
- Hot water- 1cup
- Sugar- 1 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves- garnish
Step 1: Mix hot water and sugar in a bowl till sugar dissolves.
Step 2: Combine mint leaves, cold water, lemon juice and hot sugar water in a processor. Blend them well for 2min.
Step 3: Store the drink in refrigerator for an hour.
Step 4: Serve the drink in glasses and garnish with mint leaves.

Ginger lemon juice
- Ginger root- 2 inches
- Water- 1/2 cup
- Sugar as required
- Water- 2 1/2 cup
- Ice- 1 cup
Step 1: Peel off ginger skin and chopped into small pieces.
Step 2: Peel lemon zest from lemon without bitter taste.
Step 3: Boil half cup of water in a sauce pan, add ginger and lemon zest. boil them for 10-15min at low flame.
Step 4: Sieve lemon zest and ginger from hot water. set hot water aside till the temperature reduces.
Step 5: Later add water in a processor, Add lemon juice, ice and sugar to the processor.
Step 6: Blend lemon juice for 2min and serve to drink.
