How to make cucumber smoothie using summer season fruits

Cucumber smoothie is a very healthy and refreshing drink made with cucumber and seasonal fruits. Recipe is very delicious and served chilled in different flavors. Cucumber melon smoothie

Cucumber melon smoothie

  • Cucumber – 1
  • Water melon- 1 cup
  • Lime juice- 3 spoons
  • Spinach- 1 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Ice as needed
  • Cantaloupe- ripe- 1/2

Step 1: Clean cantaloupe and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: Cut watermelon into small pieces.

Step 3: Add watermelon, cucumber, cantaloupe, spinach, lime juice and make into fine puree by blending it for 2-3min.

Step 4: Add ice cubes and water, make it into thin liquid.

Step 5: Serve chilled drink in a glass and enjoy the taste of it.

Cucumber and pineapple smoothie

Cucumber and pineapple smoothie

  • Pineapple chunks- 1 cup
  • Raspberries- 1/2 cup
  • Kale leaf- 1
  • Ice as needed
  • Cucumber- 1/2
  • Almond milk for more taste

Step 1: Cut pineapple into small pieces and clean raspberries with fresh water.

Step 2: Add pineapple chunks, raspberries, cucumber, kale leaf to a processor.

Step 3: Blend the recipe for 2min, later add almond milk, ice cubes and blend again.

Step 4: Make into thin liquid and serve recipe in glasses. Enjoy the taste of pineapple cucumber smoothie in this hot summer.

Cucumber and blueberry smoothie

  • Cucumber- 1
  • Frozen blueberries- 1 cup
  • Honey- 1 spoon
  • Lemon juice- 1 spoon
  • Ice as needed
  • Yogurt- 1 cup

Step 1: Peel skin of cucumber and make into small pieces.

Step 2: Clean blueberries and set aside to dry.

Step 3: Add cucumber, blueberries, yogurt, ice, honey and lemon juice. Blend recipe for 2min for fine puree.

Step 4: Add fresh yogurt for more taste and blend again.
