  • Avoid laxatives for more than occasional used then for bulk forming
  • Avoid low fiber foods like ice cream, cheese, white bread and meat
  • Include fiber rich foods such as fresh fruit, leafy vegetables, cereals and whole grain breads which are a good source of fiber.
