- Skinless Chicken – 1kilo
- Ginger and garlic paste- 4 spoons
- Black pepper- ½ spoon
- Butter- 2 spoons
- Milk cream-1/4 cup
- Lime juice- 3 spoon
- Cardamom powder-2 spoons
- Garam masala (Cinamom, cardamom , pepper, cumin seed and clove)- 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil-1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves- ¼ cup.
Step 1: Take chicken and clean it thoroughly with water.
Step 2: Add milk cream and oil to chicken. Leave it for 10min.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients ginger garlic paste, black pepper, lime juice, garam masala, salt and butter to chicken. Mix it well.
Step 4: Store in refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.
Step 5: After that, sprinkle the cardamom powder on chicken.
Step 6: Preheat the chicken at 300 degrees
Step 7: Cook for 20 min till chicken get baked.
Step 8: Serve on plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
