Achari paneer masala is the delicious handy recipe. It is the mixture of thick pickled gravy, paneer and a spicy achari masala. It will add a nice side dish for rotis and chapattis. How to cook Achari paneer masala
- Paneer cubes = 300grms
- 4 Tomato puree
- Bay leaves = 3
- Mustard seeds = 1/2tbsp
- Carrot =1/2 sliced
- Green and yellow capsicum = ½ sliced
- Ginger garlic paste = 2tbsp
- Oil = 2tbsp
- Red chilli paste = ¼ tbsp
- Mango pickle = ½ tbps
- Curd = 2tbsp
- Garam masala powder = 1tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Kasuri methi = 1/4tbsp
Step 1: Add oil in a heating pan.
Step 2: Add bay leaves and mustard seeds to oil.
Step 3: After that add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
Step 4: Add yellow capsicum, sliced green and carrot. Cook with low flame for 4 mins.
Step 5: Now add the tomato puree, chilli paste, salt, jeera and red chillir powder.
Step 6: Let it cook for 3-4 mins.
Step 7: After cooking add a cup of water, mango pickle and curd to it.
Step 8: Mix it well till the gravy becomes light thick.
Step 9: Add the paneer cubes and garam masala powder. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 10: Crumble little kasuri methi on the top of panner and gravy.
Step 11: The achari paneer is ready now and plate it by garnishing with coriander leaves.
