- Sugar-1/4 cup
- Celery (coriander) leaves-1/2 cup
- Milk- ¼ cup
- Water -1/2 cup
Step 1: Peel off the beetroot skin. Cut into small pieces
Step 2: Using juicer, mix all the ingredients beetroot, sugar, milk, water and celery leaves
Step 3: Make it into a thin liquid and preserve in refrigerator for some time.
Step 4: Serve the juice in glass.
