- Butternut squash pieces -1/2 cup
- Black pepper powder- ¼ spoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil- 4 spoons
- Grated parmasan cheese- 3 spoon
- Thin sliced onion- 1 cup
- Chopped rosemary- 1 spoon
- Sage leaves – 1 spoon
- Vinegar- 1 spoon
- Pizza base- 1
Step 1: Take a non-stick and heat olive oil.
Step 2: Fry the onion slices till it turn to brown color. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 3: Add some vinegar to stuff and keep aside.
Step 4: At 400 degrees insert pizza base into oven for 2 min.
Step 5: Takeout pizza base from oven and add some olive oil on it and place stuff (onion, black pepper, chives and salt) on pizza base.
Step 6: Sprinkle rosemary, parmasan cheese and black pepper.
Step 7: Finally add butternut squash to pizza.
Step 8: Bake pizza for 5-10 min till the cheese spreads over pizza.
Step 9: Meanwhile, take a pan heat vegetable oil.
Step 10: Deep fry the sage leaves.
Step 11: Before serving butternut squash pizza sprinkle sage leaves on pizza.
