How to make cherry crepes

Cherry crepe is popular recipe made with cherry syrup and butter. It has very delicious taste with cherries as toppings. It is easy to prepare at home. Let us see how to make cherry crepe.


  • All –purpose flour- 2cups
  • Salt- ½ spoon
  • Milk- 1cup
  • Eggs- 2
  • Unsalted butter- 1cup
  • Fat free cheese- 250gms
  • Fat free sour cream- ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence- 1 spoon
  • Cherry syrup- 2 cups
  • Chocolate sauce – ¼ cup


For crepe

Step 1: Mix all-purpose flour, salt, milk, 2 spoons butter and eggs. Stir it well.

Step 2: Store batter in refrigerator for 20-30min. later make into small balls.

Step 3: Press batter balls evenly into smooth surface.

Step 4: Heat pan, drop the batter surface and apply some butter to it.

Step 5: Fry them till it turns into brown colour.

For cherry crepe

Step 6: Take a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla essence into smooth cream.

Step 7: Add sugar and stir it well using beater.

Step 8: Add this cream to crepe and roll it evenly.

Step 9: Bake them a 300 degrees for 5-10min.

Step 10: Add cherry syrup and chocolate sauce as toppings.

Step 11: Serve it in plate.
