Coconut smoothie is a chilled drink preferred in hot summer. We know different kinds of smoothie made with different flavors but this smoothie is summer special prepared using coconut. These smoothies are beneficial and helps to overcome from dehydration. Coconut smoothie is very tasty drink with banana, guava and coconut extracts. It is easy and simple to prepare at home. Let us see how to make this smoothie at home.
- Green tea powder- 1spoon
- Coconut pulp- 1 spoon
- Yogurt- ¼ cup
- Coconut water- 3 cups
- Guava juice- ½ cup
- Mango pieces- 2spoons
- Mint leaves- ¼ cup
Step 1: Boil water in a vessel and add green tea powder to it.
Step 2: After 2min, off the flame and sieve the water.
Step 3: Peel the skin of bananas and using mixer grind them into thick liquid.
Step 4: Add coconut pulp, yogurt, coconut water and grind well in mixer.
Step 5: Later add guava juice and mix it well into smooth mixture.
Step 6: Add sieved green tea decoction and blend again.
Step 7: Serve the smoothie in glasses and some ice cubes for cool
Step 8: Garnish with mango pieces and dip mint leaves in smoothie aside.
