How to make lemon vermicelli at home

Vermicelli is an instant rice noodle pack. lemon vermicelli is a spicy and tangy food. The ingredients used in preparing rice vermicelli added advantage in bringing the extra taste


  • 200 gm of rice vermicelli pack
  • 10-15 cashew nuts
  • 6-9 green chilies
  • ½ cup of green peas
  • 4 spoons of lemon juice
  • ¼ table spoon of turmeric powder
  • 4-5 spoons of chopped coriander leaves
  • Few curry leaves
  • 2 spoons of urad dal
  • 1 spoon of chana dal
  • 4 table spoons of oil
  • Required salt
  • ½ spoon of mustard seeds


Step 1: Boil rice vermicelli. Let it cool down it temperature.

Step 2: Boil green peas in water for 15 min

Step 3:  Heat oil and pour some mustard seeds in oil. Add chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts fry them until they get golden brown color.

Step 4: Add green chilies, green peas .fry them deep for 3-4 min

Step 5: Add curry leaves, turmeric powder and enough salt. Off the flame, leave for 5 min.

Step 6:  Add vermicelli to the mixture. Add few drops of lemon juice, chopped coriander.

Step 7: Mix them thoroughly.
