How to make minted citrus tea recipe

Citrus tea is a chilled beverage in hot summer. It contains ingredients that are good for health. It is easy to prepare this beverage at home. Let us see how to make citrus tea.

Ingredients:

  • Orange- 1
  • Orange juice- 1 cup
  • Sugar – 4cups
  • Strawberries- cups
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Lemon thin slices- 4
  • Lemon juice- 3 spoons
  • mint leaves- 6
  • Tea decoction- 2 cups

Procedure:

Step 1: Boil 3cups of water in a vessel and add spoon of tea powder for tea decoction.

Step 2: After 5min, off the flame and sieve the tea decoction.

Step 3: Now add sugar to the decoction and stir it well till it dissolves.

Step 4: Transfer the liquid into a large bowl and keep aside till the temperature reduces.

Step 5: Take strawberries and chop them into small pieces.

Step 6: Take orange, peel of the skin and cut into thin slices.

Step 7: Add lemon juice, chopped strawberries and orange slices to tea decoction and stir it well.

Step 8: Serve the drink in glasses along with fruits and store in refrigerator for atleast 30min.

Step 9: If needed add ice cubes to the drink.

Step 10: Add orange juice and mint leaves and serve to drink.
