Sandwich panner pakoda is tasty and crispy snack item. We use chickpea batter to prepare onion pakora, banana pakora etc but this is different snack item made with paneer. It is easy to prepare at home in short period. Let us see how to make this snack item at home.
- Bread slices- 8
- Paneer slices- 4
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder- 1 spoon
- Chickpea flour- 3cup
- Carom seeds- 1spoon
- Chat masala- 2spoons
- Tomato sauce -1/2 cup
Step 1: For chickpea butter, take a bowl, add chickpea powder, salt, carom seeds and chilli powder.
Step 2: Mix it well into dough by adding required quantity of water.
Step 3: Take a long bottomed pan, heat oil in it till it smokes.
Step 4: Now take a bread slice, keep paneer slice on it and place another bread slice on top of it.
Step 5: Now dip the bread in chickpea batter and drop in hot oil.
Step 6: Fry the bread till it turns into brown color.
Step 7: Serve the fried sandwich in plate.
Step 8: Cut them into half and serve to eat and sprinkle chat masala powder.
Step 9: Eat sandwich paneer pakora along with tomato sauce.
