Valentine’s Day special – Strawberry Cupcakes! Strawberry is an attractive fruit with its colour and shape. The recipes made with these have delicious taste. Strawberry cupcakes are more attractive along with strawberry slices as toppings. It is easy to prepare with the available ingredients. Let us learn how to make strawberry cupcakes at home.
- Strawberries- 1cup
- Baking powder- 1spoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk- ½ cup
- All-purpose flour(maida) – 500gms
- Vanilla essence-1 spoon
- Butter- 1 cup
For frosting cream:
- Fresh strawberries sauce- 1 cup
- Unsalted butter- ¾ cup
- Sugar powder- 3 ½ cups
- Vanilla essence- ½ spoon
Step 1: Take a bowl; add all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt mix it well and aside.
Step 2: Add half cup strawberry syrup, butter and stir them well using beater.
Step 3: Add sugar and stir it well without any lumps
Step 4: Add eggs to the strawberry mix and stir it well.
Step 5: Add vanilla essence, milk and stir it well.
Step 6: Stir it well for some time.
Step 7: Now apply butter for cups and pour strawberry mixture in cups.
Step 8: Bake for 10-15min till it turn into brown colour.
Step 9: Take out the cake cups and keep aside till temperature reduces.
Step 10: For frosting, take a bowl add strawberry syrup, butter, vanilla essence and mix it well.
Step 11: Later, add sugar and salt to it and mix it well using beater.
Step 12: Now add this mixture as topping to the cup cake.
Step 13: keep strawberries on the top of cake.
