Sweet corn kheer is also known as corn payasam. It is very delicious taste dessert with cream and cardamom flavour. It is very easy and simple to prepare this dessert at home. Let us see how to make this recipe at home.
- Boiled sweet corn- 1cup
- Sugar as required
- Chopped cashew nuts- 1/4cup
- Chopped almonds- ¼ cup
- Pistachio chopped- 2 spoons
- Cardamom powder- ½ spoon
- Ghee- ½ cup
Step 1: Take raw sweet corn and boil them.
Step 2: Take a pan, heat ghee and add some sweet corn. Fry them for 5min.
Step 3: Add milk and sugar, stir it well and cook them for 10min.
Step 4: Add ½ cup of water to corn sweet and stir it well.
Step 5: Add cardamom powder to add flavour to the sweet and sir it well.
Step 6: Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan, fry almonds, pistachio and cashew nuts for 2min.
Step 7: Add almonds and cashew nuts as toppings to the sweet.
Step 8: Sprinkle kesar to the sweet.
Step 9: Serve in a bowl and enjoy the taste of corn sweet.
