In hot summer everyone love to drink beverages which makes our body free from dehydration but the most important thing is one should prefer to drink liquids that are good for health. Making beverages, soft drinks, desserts at home is an inexpensive thing. Especially beverages that are made with cucumber, mint and lemon are really good for health. Cucumber is juicy vegetable with lot of vitamins, mint leaves acts as an anti- agent that helps to prevent from infections whereas lemon is a low calorie citrus fruit with lot of health benefits. So now let us learn how to prepare chilled beverage at home.
- Tea decoction- 3 cups
- Lemon- 2
- Peeled cucumber-1 small
- Mint leaves- ½ cup
- Sugar syrup-2 spoons
- Ice cubes- required
Step 1: Take a jar, combine tea decoction and sugar syrup.
Step 2: Squeeze lemon juice into the decoction.
Step 3: Stir it well for 3min.
Step 4: On other side, take ice cubes in a long bottomed jar.
Step 5: Add mint leaves to the ice cubes.
Step 6: Cut cucumber into thin slices with peeler and add it to ice cubes.
Step 7: Add tea decoction and stir it well.
Step 8: Serve the beverage in individual glasses.
