It can occur as skin discoloration or dark spots. The causes of acne due to breakouts, hormonal imbalance, genetics, improper skin care, poor diet, sun exposure and aging. This is due to clogged pores.

Natural home remedies for pimple marks

Baking soda to remove acne 

Baking soda helps to unclog your pores and kills acne that causes bacteria. It helps to exfoliate the skin. You just mix some baking soda with water. Apply this mixture to your acne scars and leave it for about 2 – 3 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Repeat it twice a day.

Carrots to clear scar

Carrots are rich in Vitamin A. So, you can also include carrot into your diet that fight against the pimple forming bacteria. Take some boiled carrots and mash them to form a paste. Apply this paste on your face. Leave it for about 15 – 20 minutes. Rinse it off with milk. It helps to remove blemishes.

Egg whites to reduce blemishes

Egg white helps to reduce acne and fade scars left by unfortunate blemishes. Egg white is rich in protein and vitamins that can combat acne and helps to rebuild your skin cells. Take an egg and separate egg white and yellow. Dip a cotton ball in egg white on your face. It helps in powerful healing and scars, and dark spots.

Potato to get rid of pimples

Potato is rich in potassium, sulfur, phosphorus and chloride that help to reduce blemishes. This is rich in antioxidant that helps to nourish your skin and results in a healthy growing new skin cells. Take a potato and cut it into slices. Gently rub a potato slice on acne marks. And apply potato juice all over your face. Leave it for about 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water. It helps to lighten marks.

Lemon, honey, almond, and milk powder pack 

Honey is rich in antibiotic that helps to improve acne. Lemon naturally exfoliates skin, prevents new pimples and reduces scars. Almond and milk powder results in naturally glowing and well moisturized skin. Take 1 spoon of lemon juice, honey, almond oil and milk powder. Mix them well in a bowl. Apply this on your face and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then wash it off with water. It helps to lighten and remove acne marks and can be used to remove sun tan.

Lemon juice to prevent pimples

Lemon is rich in Vitamin C that helps pimples to dry up faster. It is good for all skin types and exfoliates the skin. Blend lemon juice and apply it all over your face. Massage your acne scars and leave it for about 20 minutes. Then wash it off with warm water.

Honey, yogurt and lemon for acne

Honey fights against bacteria that causes acne and has anti-inflammatory property. Lemon helps to get rid of acne as it is rich in Vitamin C to reduce redness. Yogurt has antibacterial properties and the fat in it provides moisture to give a nourishing skin. Take equal proportions, honey, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix them well and apply them on your face. Leave it off for about 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with water.

Aloe vera and Vitamin E to reduce pimple redness

This helps to decrease pimple redness and also swelling due to antibacterial properties.  Vitamin E is the most effective home remedy to lighten the pigment and can reduce deep scar. Take aloe vera gel and 2 -3 vitamin E capsules. Apply this gel to your face. Leave it for about 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with water. It helps to remove blemishes on your face that makes it soft and supple.

Tomato face pack to prevent acne

Tomato helps to get rid of acne. The tomato is rich in vitamin C that makes your skin lighten. Tomatoes help to remove dark black spots within a few weeks. Tomato treats pimples due to its bleaching and Vitamin C property. Take half a tomato and then start rubbing on your scars. Leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. It helps to lighten the skin.

Cucumber juice for skin lightening

Cucumber is rich in potassium and Vitamins A, E and E. This gives a natural cooling and alleviating impact on the skin. Cucumber helps to treat skin with its supplements. Almond and milk to prevent pimples

Milk is rich in lactic acid that helps to soothe the irritated skin and reduces redness. Take 4 – 5 almonds in a bowl and soak them in milk overnight. In the morning, grind them into fine paste.
