Take ½ cup of water, 2 – 3 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of cardamom pods, ½ teaspoon of ginger powder or 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and ½ cup of milk. Crush some cardamom pods that helps to release the oil and grind them into fine powder. Take all the ingredients in a saucepan, except honey. Bring them to a boil and then simmer it for about 6 – 9 minutes. This is rich in caramel brown color. Stir in by adding a little honey into it. Drink it for about 1 – 2 times daily.
