Everyone is really worried about one problem even if you are a man or a woman the worry is same when it comes about the topic of hair. One of the very frantic problems in ones’ life is hair loss/hair fall. Hair fall is due to many reasons. For some people it would be because of stress or genetic. Rest it would be lack of proper nutrition, usage of shampoos that has too much chemical compounds, chronic illness, after effects of viral fevers, after effects of pregnancy and childbirth. I would certainly not suggest using any kind of medicines.

Home remedies for hair fall / hair loss

Coconut milk to fight hair loss

Coconut milk is rich in protein and has essential fats that can promote hair growth and prevents hair loss. Apply coconut milk to hair for quick results. Make fresh coconut milk at home by adding a freshly grated coconut in a pan of water. Let them steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the solution. Once cool, apply the milk thoroughly onto the scalp and into your hair. Leave it for about 20 minutes. Shampoo your hair. This is more effective, when you mix them with black pepper and powdered fenugreek seeds to coconut milk, just before using it.

Boost hair regrowth with garlic

Similar to onions, garlic are high in sulfur. This is used in traditional hair regrowth medicines. This is the best home remedy for hair care. Take some fresh garlic cloves. Crush them well and add coconut oil to it. Boil the mixture for a few minutes. Let them cool down well for a bit and massage it on your scalp. Leave it for about 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water. Repeat it two times a week for better results.

Curry leaves and coconut oil to prevent hair loss

Curry leaves are best for hair growth and are incomplete without the curry leaves into it. Curry leaves are best and is widely used in tampering the dishes. This is the most effective herb for gray hair that can aid in promoting hair growth. These have heard your grandmothers for good hair growth. Curry leaves works well, but apply its paste to the hair. It is better to eat it. Cook something with curry leaves in it. Eating and applying curry leaves for good health and hair care. This promotes hair growth and reduces hair loss. The fatty acids in coconut oil can bring them with proteins that protects the hair strands from root to tip. This also prevents breakage. This can seal the moisture in the hair and can penetrate through the hair shaft that provides against pollution and heat.

Fenugreek seeds to control hair fall

  • Take one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
  • Grind the soaked seeds the next day, it has to be grounded into a fine paste.
  • Apply to your hair and cover it for less than an hour and rinse your hair.
  • Follow this every alternate day for about a month and watch out for the results.

Methi to treat hair loss

  • Slightly roast the fenugreek seeds and put it in the coconut oil jar for a week.
  • Massage your scalp thoroughly at night before you wash your hair.

The quantity of Methi seeds you need is about half a cup for a small bottle of coconut oil.

This helps in thickening of the hair and gives strength to the hair. Its natural way of  hair treatment.

Amla or Indian gooseberry for hair growth

Amla is a famous natural remedy for hair growth and to prevent white hairs at young age. Old days we can see that women use only amla oil for hair even there are brands who use use it as in their hair oil. You can eat amla too.

Take one spoon of the amla pulp, which you can extract by cutting amla into pieces and remove its seeds and put it in a juicer and add lemon juice into it.

  • Massage your scalp with the above and leave it overnight, you can cover it with a shower cap. Don’t do it if you have any breathing problems. Such people do a massage with it and rinse it off after 20 mins maximum.
  • And rinse it thoroughly.

Aloe vera gel to get rid of hair fall

Aloe vera gel is the best way to fight against hair, skin, and body care. This is used to cleanse your scalp pores and also helps in your pH levels. Aloe vera has best, anti-oxidant, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties to prevent hair loss. This also helps to promote hair growth. Aloe vera is rich in nutrients that helps to give beautiful silky and smooth hair. Aloe vera has certain enzymes such as proteolitic that helps to remove dead skin cells. Take one tablespoon of aloe vera gel, and mix them with coconut milk. Add ½ teaspoon of wheat germ into that mixture. Mix all the ingredients and you can use this mixture to shampoo your hair with it.

Aloe Vera is an Ayurvedic proven ingredient on all beauty related problems. Even if its hair or skin. Not just this even on your other health problems too. Apply aloe vera juice or the gel on the scalp. Leave it for a few hours, rinse off with the lukewarm water.

Onion juice is effectively used for hair loss

Onion juice is a less used tip, but an effective one though. Here is how to use it.

  1. Mince one onion and take juice from it.
  2. Apply it directly on the scalp and leave it for 40 minutes and wash off with water properly and later shampoo it.
  3. Mix a half-cup of onion juice and a half cup of aloe Vera juice, apply this on the scalp and leave it for an hour. Wash your hair thoroughly with water and later use shampoo.

Beetroot juice for hair fall

Beetroot contains carbohydrates, protein, potassium, Vitamin B and C. The nutrients regulate blood circulation in the scalp which automatically results in better hair growth. This is a simple process.

  1. Make juice out of 1 medium sized beet-root and mix it with a little vinegar. Apply this mixture on the scalp and wash it off. This also treats dandruff and itchy scalp.
  2. You can also mix the juice or paste with curds and apply to the scalp and hair. Wash it off with cool water and later wash your hair with shampoo.

Try coconut oil regularly to prevent hair loss

Coconut oil is the best source for hair care and helps to reduce hair fall. Take 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, and add 2 teaspoons of lime juice. This helps to treat hair loss or hair thinning. Massage your scalp for about 10 – 15 minutes with this mixture. Leave it for an hour and then rinse your hair. Normal hair wash with a mild shampoo. You should always keep your hair clean and this helps to reduce hair fall.

Egg and curd mask for hair loss prevention

Egg can do wonders for beauty. This helps in skin tightening, gives glowing skin, as well as protect your hair from hair loss. Take an egg and break it. Separate egg white and yolk. Take egg white and mix two tablespoons of fresh curd into it. Mix them well and also add a tablespoon of shikakai powder. You can also use neem powder instead of shikakai powder. Apply this mixture on your scalp and leave it for about 30 minutes. Rinse it off with a mild shampoo. Repeat this process once in every week that helps to prevent hair fall.

Natural henna leaves to protect your hair

Henna is the best source to strengthen your hair naturally. Prepare henna packs at home, which results you best and also the best suits for any hair type. Henna gives soft, smooth, silky hair upon regular usage. Natural henna leaves can be used to prevent hair loss problems. If henna leaves are not available, you can use powdered henna which is available in the market. Henna can be applied by mixing the powder in curd that helps to control hair loss.

If you have henna leaves, you can take 60 grams of fresh henna leaves and boil them in 250 ml of mustard oil. Let all the leaves burn entirely and filter the oil as soon as it turns to cool. Filter the oil by using a muslin cloth and store in a glass airtight jar. Apply this oil on daily basis. This helps to give better results and also prevent hair fall.
