You can mix beetroot juice with the juices of cucumbers, carrots, coriander, lettuce or others. You can prepare a healthy drink by blending together half a beet, half a cucumber and 5 carrots. Strain it, if needed and drink the juice.
Fenugreek to strengthen hair
