Pumice stone can also be used to rub the skin in the dark areas such as heels, elbows, knees after applying any oil or Vaseline before you rub. Then rinse the body with the warm water. Massage your skin for about 5 – 10 minutes. Exfoliate your skin using a body scrub. Again, massage for 5 – 10 minutes. You can also use a loofah and body wash.
