Smoky chicken is one of the famous dishes prepared in spain. You can find this dish in almost all restaurants of spain. It is a simple rustic stew with a smoky flavor. This mouthwatering recipe is easy to prepare and yummy to taste. This Spanish smoky chicken is perfect for quick and healthy midweek meal. Till now we have seen lot of varieties of chicken dishes but this recipe is quite different. You can smell the flavors nicely. Honestly, by this aroma you can feel to taste. I have chosen olive oil for making this taste still healthy and tasty. Here you go.


  • Olive oil – 2tbsp
  • Chicken pieces (big) – 4
  • Onion – 1
  • Garlic cloves – 2
  • Maida – 2tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 2tbsp
  • Chicken stack – 1 cup
  • Tomato paste – 1 cup
  • Cream cheese spread – ½ cup
  • Salt (required)
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tbsp
  • Spring onions grate – ¼ cup

Step 1: Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Step 2: Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil for 5 minutes. Keep a side.

Step 3: In the same pan add remaining oil and heat it in low flame.

Step 4: Add onions and garlic cloves to the oil and fry it.

Step 5: Add maida, red chili powder, chicken stack and tomato paste.

Step 6: Mix all the ingredients and fry it by stirring. Allow it for 3 minutes.

Step 7: Now add the fried chicken into this paste. Mix the chicken well and cover the vessel with lid.

Step 8: Cook it for 10 minutes.

Step 9: Chicken gets cooked nicely now add cream cheese spread to it.

Step 10: Add salt, spring onions and black pepper.

Step 11: Mix them well. Cook it till the water disappears.

Step 12: Whole mixture gets stronger. Now turn off the flame.

Step 13: Tasty smoky chicken is ready to eat now.

Serve it to plate and garnish with coriander leaves.

Look at the recipe and procedure even you will start making this at home. Prepare this Spanish omelet with olive oil and feel the taste.


  • Olive oil – 3tbsp
  • Sliced potato pieces – 1 cup
  • Chopped Onions – ½ cup
  • Capsicum pieces – ½ cup
  • Mint leaves – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 6
  • Cheese grate – ½ cup
  • Coriander grate – 3tbsp
  • (use olive pieces)Drained capers – 2tbsp
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder

Step 1: Heat the pan with 2tbsp of olive oil.

Step 2: After oil getting hot add potato slices into the oil.

Step 3: Add also onions and capsicum pieces.

Step 4: Fry it little and add salt and pepper powder.

Step 5: Fry them all till they become smooth for 3 minutes.

Step 6: Now add mint leaves and fry it for 1 minute.

Step 7: Turn off the flame and keep that a side.

Step 8: Take a bowl and break the eggs into it. Beat the egg liquid nicely with a beater.

Step 9: In this liquid item add the fried potatoes and capsicum mixture to this.

Step 10: Mix nicely. Add required salt and pepper powder.

Step 11: Mix all the ingredients with beater.

Step 12: Take a thick bottom pan on stove. Heat it with 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Step 13: After oil getting hot put the egg liquid like an omelette on pan.

Step 14: Just pour the liquid on pan in round shape like a dosa.

Step 15: Put some cheese grate, on omelette and cover the pan with lid.

Step 16: After 5 minutes you can see your omelette is ready.

Take the omelette into plate and garnish with coriander leaves and drain carpers. Serve it hot.

Step 1: Take a pan on stove add olive oil to it. Heat it in a low flame.

  • Bread slices – 10
  • Tomatoes – 10
  • Garlic cloves – 2
  • Onions – 2
  • Red and green capsicum – 2
  • Cucumber / Keera dosakaya – 1
  • Olive oil – 2tbsp
  • Vinegar – 2tbsp
  • Oil – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 pinch
  • Fried breads slices – 5
  • Salt (required)
  • Pepper powder (required for taste)

Step 1: Grind the cumin seeds and garlic cloves to light powder. (Don’t make as a smooth paste)

Step 2: Soak the bread slices for 1 minute.

Step 3: Remove those bread slices from water and press the bread to remove absorbed water from it. Nothing but spin.

Step 4: Take those bread slices into a bowl.

Step 5: Take medium sized jar add these bread slices, garlic and cumin powder and remaining ingredients into it.

Step 6: Grind these all into a fine paste. Keep in mind that this paste should be very smooth.

Step 7: Collect this paste into a small bowl and keep it in refrigerator for two hours.

Step 8: Take out from refrigerator.

Step 9: Take a pan and fry the paste for 10 minutes.

Step 10: Serve this with bread slices.

Churros look like a French fries. Yes these churros are very famous in spain. This can be available in all restaurants. Churros are simple fritters that can be easily prepared at home. After preparing these are dipped in sugar or sprinkled with sugar or drizzled with honey. So it taste sweet.


  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Nutmeg powder – ½ tbsp
  • Maida – ½ cup
  • Ghee – 1tbsp
  • Custard apple peel grate – ¼ tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Egg – 1
  • Olive oil (fro fry)
  • Water – ¼ cup

Step 1: Take nut meg powder and sugar in a plate and mix them both.

Step 2: Take other vessel add maida, ghee, custard apple peel grate and salt. Mix them all.

Step 3: Slowly mix these ingredients by adding water to it. Mix it like a cereal.

Step 4: Keep this vessel on stove with light flame.

Step 5: Stir this mixture by avoiding lumps.

Step 6: It will become stronger. Now turn off the flame.

Step 7: Let cool for 15 minutes. Collect this mixture in a jar and put egg liquid to it.

Step 8: Grind this to a fine paste. Put this paste in an ice-cream pastry bag.

Step 9: Take a vessel with olive oil required for fry and heat in low flame.

Step 10: After oil getting hot press this paste into the oil in stick shape.

Step 11: Do it for remaining paste also. Fry it till these sticks become golden brown.

Step 12: Take rich sugar in a wide plate. Collect the fried sticks into the sugar plate.

Step 13: Role these sticks completely in the sugar and remove.
