Ingredients for Qi’a* powerhouse smoothies preparation

Two cups of coconut water/ water / unsweetened organic non dairy milk (like almond or coconut or rice)

1/4 cup of Nature’s Path* Qi’a-Orginal, divided

1/4 cup freshly squeezed organic orange juice or 1 organic orange peeled

One cup of packed stemmed and chopped organic kale or organic broccoleaf* (frozen works if drained)

One cup of packed baby organic spinach (frozen works if drained)

One frozen banana slices

One ripe organic pear that is peeled, cored and chopped

Two tablespoon organic honey


Prepare a mixture of coconut water with 2 tbsp Qi’a* and orange juice in a blender. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Add kale and spinach to that puree until smooth. Add peaches, banana pear and agave syrup to that puree until it get into smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each smoothie with 1 tbsp remaining Qi’a*.
