Cumin seeds are natural home remedy to treat tonsillitis. Take 80grams of black or cumin seeds, 250 ml of filtered water, 1 tablespoon of cognac of whiskey. Take 200 ml of water for seeds and let them boil for about 15 minutes. The solution in it should be black and thick with the textured like wet coffee grounds. Strain the mixture and add 50 ml of water. Bring them to boil and rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon or cognac or whiskey. Consume 1 tablespoon for every 30 minutes. This helps to relieve and be felt within two hours. This helps to relieve from and within 4 hours.

Salt water for tonsillitis

Gargling can be considered as most ancient and useful remedy that will help in getting rid of tonsillitis. The warm water help in soothing effect and salt used will kill the bacteria and virus. The salt help in reduction of inflammation as well as gives instant relief from tonsillitis.
