  • Paneer- 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder- ¾ spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves- 1 spoon
  • Chopped mint leaves- 1 spoon
  • Oil to fry
  • Plain flour- ½ cup
  • Oats- ¼ cup
  • Curd – 1spoon
  • Chat masala- ¼ spoon
  • Garam masala- ¼ spoon


Step 1: Take a bowl, add paneer, chat masala, garam masala, salt and mix it well.

Step 2: Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, chilli powder, curd and stir it well.

Step 3: Let the mixture gets marinated for 15min.

Step 4: Later divide them into equal parts and make into small balls.

Step 5: Take another bowl, add plain flour, salt and water stir it well into smooth paste.

Step 6: Dip the paneer balls in plain flour batter.

Step 7: Now spread the oats on plain surface and dip the paneer balls.

Step 8: Heat oil in long bottomed vessel and fry the paneer balls.

Step 9: After getting brown colour serve the paneer balls in a plate.

Step 1: To make dough, take plain flour, salt, 1 spoon butter and water.

Step 3: Place dough evenly on baking pan and put the baking pan in oven for 10-15min at 150 degrees centigrade.

Step 4: Later take out baking pan from oven and keep aside till heat reduces.

Step 5: Heat butter in a pan, add onion and zucchinis, pepper and salt. Sauté it well.

Step 6: Cook them for 10min at low flame, later add coriander leaves.

Step 7: Off the flame, spread the mixture on tart.

Step 8: Take a bowl, add cream, cheese, egg and pinch salt. Mix them well using beater.

Step 9: Pour the mixture on tart by covering zucchini on tart.

Step 10: keep tart in oven and bake for 20-25min.

Step 11: Take out tart and keep aside till temperature reduces.

Step 5: Add grated cheese, amchur powder and lemon juice, mix it well and cook for 5min.

Step 6: Off the flame and keep aside.

For dough:

Step 7: Take plain flour in a bowl, add salt and make into thick dough by adding some water.

Step 8: Add some butter to dough for softness.

Step 9: Make dough into small balls and press it evenly on all sides.

Step 10: Place the spinach and mushroom stuff in dough, press the edges in triangle shape.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, dip potatoes in wet flour and fry the potatoes till it turn into golden colour.

Step 5: Take another pan, heat 3 spoons of oil.

Step 6:  Fry ginger and garlic paste, onions.

Step 2: Heat oil in kadai. Coat gobi with batter and drop in oil.

Step 3: Fry gobi till it turn into brown colour.

Step 4: Repeat the process for all gobi and batter.

To prepare sauce:

Step 5: Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 6: Fry onions, capsicum till it get brown shade.

Method of preparation


  • Cumin powder = 1 tbsp
  • Boiled, peeled and well mashed potatoes= 5
  • Cumin seeds=1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder = 2tbsp
  • Turmeric = ½ tbsp
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves =3tbsp
  • Ginger grated fine = 2piece
  • Oil = 2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder
  • Wheat flour = 2cups


Step 1: Take a large bowl and put mashed potatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped fresh coriander, ginger and cumin seeds.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients and keep them a side.

Step 3: Put the flour and ghee into large bowl and mix them together.

Step 4: Slowly add the little water to flour mix to make a smooth, flexible dough. Keep that a side for an hour.

Step 5: Later take the dough and start making it to a ball sized portions with your hand. Make sure that they should not be any cracks while making the balls.

Step 6: After finishing now lightly flour the base which is clean counter surface.

Step 7: Roll each ball into a round shape and make it a circle.

Step 8: Take a spoon full of potato mix and spoon it to the center of the circle which you made.

Step 9: Now need to make a pouch for that lift all the edges and bring it to the center.

Step 10: The pouch is now sealed. Press down to flatten it.

Step 11: After making it now flour the rolling surface and roll the pouch to a circle. It’s not a problem if you are not getting the perfect shape of paratha. Due to potato mix inside, the shape may loose.

Step 12: Take a pan and heat it by applying a little oil or ghee. Place the paratha on the pan.

Step 13: Fry the paratha by flipping on the both sides. Apply butter or ghee and roast the paratha.

Step 14: Continue till it comes to an golden brown.

Step 15: After finishing serve the parathas with your favourite pickle or yogurt.

How to prepare bisi bele bath at home


  • Toor dal = 1 cup
  • Groundnut = 1tbsp
  • Tomato = 1
  • Carrots = 2
  • Knol khol = 1
  • Green beans = 15-20
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Turmeric = ¼ tbsp.
  • Tamarid juice
  • Jaggery
  • Coriander leaves
  • Bisi bele bath powder = 2tbsp
  • Salt


  • Oil = 2bsp
  • Mustard = ½ tbsp.
  • Capsicum = 1
  • Hing/ asafoetida
  • Oninons = 2
  • Curry leaves

Making of bisi bele bath

Step 1: Take the carrots, green beans and Knol kol into fine chopped pieces.

Step 2: Soak the groundnuts in water.

Step 3: Wash the rice, dal, carrot, beans, peas, knol kol neatly.

Step 4: Take 4 – 4 ½ cups of water in a pressure cooker and start cooking each item individually. Like rice and dal.

Step 5: As the same way cook the vegetables nicely.

Step 6: On another side take a large vessel and heat 6 cups of water by adding bisi bele bath powder, turmeric, jiggery, tamarind paste and salt.

Step 7: Boil it for 1 minute.

Step 8: Now add the cooked rice, dal and vegetable mixture to the mix.

Step 9: Cook the mixture until the vegetables absorb the salt and flavours.

Step 10: Add the chopped ground nuts and tomato to the mix.

Step 11: Start preparing the seasoning. Cut the capsicum and onions into small sizes.

Step 12: Take a vessel and add 2 tbsp of oil to it.

Step 13: Heat the oil and add mustard seeds. The splutter will start then add curry leaves.

Step 14: Add the chopped capsicum and onions to the oil and let it fry till they become tender.

Step 15: Now the seasoning is ready. Add that to the cooking mixture and mix completely.

Step 16: Then switch off the stove after adding the ghee.

Step 17: Keep a side the whole mixture for 15 minutes. Mixture becomes thicker because the rise absorbs the liquid.

Bisi bele bath is ready to eat now. Garnish the bisi bele bath with chopped coriander leaves. Plate the entire mixture and add boondi or potato chips to it. Enjoy eating bisi bele bath.

Everyone can make dough, but to make a perfect pizza dough can become difficult at times. Pizza dough is normally prepared by hands.


  • 1 – 1/4 Oz – Active dry yeast,
  • 1 -1/2 Cups – Warm water
  • 4 Cups – Bread flour
  • 1- 1/2 Tsp. – Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. – Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. – Sugar
  • Extra flour
  • Extra olive oil
  1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in a large bowl and leave it for 10 minutes for the yeast to become active.
  2.  Next add olive oil and brisk it till the mixture becomes foamy and cloudy.
  3. Add flour and mix well to make a smooth mass.
  4.  Knead the dough several times by folding the mixture again and again for at least 15 minutes.
  5.  The dough becomes a smooth, silky ball which needs to be coated with a thin layer of olive oil and keep it in an olive oil layered bowl. Now roll the dough to a round by pressing it with the hands and rolling it with a rolling pin.

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic in butter and olive oil. Add tomato puree, basil, salt, pepper and oregano and boil it for about an hour.
  2. Stir occasionally and mash the mixture till the sauce has the consistency of a soup.
  3. Cool and apply liberally over the pizza base.

Spread the sauce evenly over the surface of the dough sheet. Spoon the sauce out to the edge of the dough sheet. Leave a small margin on the outer-side of the dough sheet, to allow the crust to rise and crisp more nowshred a layer of the shredded cheese over the sauce. Arrange any toppings as chosen over this layer of cheese.

Bake the pizza at 450 degree F for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

The pizza is ready when

  • The cheese has melted on top and is beginning to look brown.
  • The crust edge has browned, to golden brown.
  • The bottom should also be evenly brown.

How to make Pizza on Tawa

Pizza is often made inan oven but if needed it can be also made in a microwaveor on a tawa. Pizza prepared on tawa is as delicious as prepared in oven.

For making dough

  • Maida -2 cup
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Instant yeast – 1 tsp

For pizza topping

  • Capsicum – 1
  • Baby corn – 3
  • Pizza sauce – ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup
  • Italian mix herbs – ½ tsp
  • Strain Maida in any utensil and add dry instant yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar.
  • Mix all ingredients well and knead the flourwithlukewarm water until it becomes absolutely soft… Grease a bowl and place dough to ferment for 2hours. 
  • Cut capsicum and make thin slices. Cut baby corn in small round pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Roll a round chapatti with the pizza dough that is ½ inch thick and 10-12 inch in diameter.
  • Grease the preheated tawa with oil and place the pizza over it. Cook it till the lower side becomes brown
  • Flip the pizza upside down and reduce the flame to minimum. Spread a layer of pizza sauce. Place capsicums and corn on the pizza and sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  • Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame until the cheese gets melted and the lower side gets little brown.
