Blueberry and ginger cocktail
- Blueberries- 1/2 cup
- Minced ginger- 1 spoon
- Sugar- 1 spoon
- Lemon juice- 1 spoon
- Wine- 2cups
- Blueberry juice- 2 cups
Step 1: Clean blueberries and chop the ginger into small pieces.
Step 2: Add blueberries, ginger, sugar and lemon juice in a processor. blend them well and make into fine puree.
Step 3: Add blueberry juice and blend it once.
Step 4: Strain the whole juice and serve in glasses.
Step 5: Top each with sparkling wine and serve to drink.
- Fresh and frozen cherries- 1cup
- Fresh mint leaves- 1/4 cup
- Dark rum- 3/4 cup
- Cherry flavored water- 3 cups
- Sugar- 3/4 cup
- Lime juice- 1/4 cup
Step 1: Combine cherries, mint leaves and sugar in a bowl, mash them by using spoon.
Step 2: Stir lime juice and dark rum in a cup.
Step 3: Take 4 glasses, add cherry smashed mixture in all the glasses.
Step 4: Fill with ice and cherry flavored water.
Step 5: Garnish the cocktail with mint leaves.
Serve the chilled cocktail- cherry smash.
- Ripe mangoes- 3
- Orange flavored rum- 1/4 cup
- Sugar- 3 spoons
- Chilled white wine- 2 bottles
- Lime wedges- 4
- Lime juice- 3 spoons
- Strawberry- 1
- Mint leaves- 4
Step 1: Add mango pulp in a processor and blend it well into fine puree.
Step 2: Add orange- flavored rum, lime juice, sugar and blend again until smooth.
Step 3: Pour mango puree in glasses, add wine as topping.
Step 4: Garnish with lemon wedges, strawberry fruit and mint leaves.
