You just add one cup of finely ground oatmeal powder to a bathtub that is filled with cool water. Stir well, unless until the water gets a milky color. Soak in this bath for about 20 – 30 minutes. Pat dries your body with a soft towel. Repeat it twice daily for a week to get relief.
Sandalwood powder to get rid of prickly heat
Sandalwood powder has soothing property that can effect on prickly heat. It helps to cool your body temperature. Prepare a paste by mixing equal amounts of sandalwood powder and rose water.
