- Chopped avocado- 1 cup
- Onion slices- ¼ cup
- Chopped celery-1/4 cup
- Parsley- 3 springs
- Sour cream- 1 cup
- Chopped chives- ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper- 1 spoon
- Bay leaf- 2
- Boiled shrimp-4
- Olive- 2 spoons oil
- White wine- 3 spoons
- Water-2 cups
Step 1: Take a non-stick pan.heat it at low flame.
Step 2: Boil the ingredients such as onion, celery, bay leaf, parsley, pepper and salt in water for 5 min.
Step 3: Add cup of sour cream to the mixture. Cook them till it turn into thick liquid.
Step 4: Take avocado and peel off the skin.
Step 5: Cut into pieces and using a processor mix avocado into fine paste.
Step 6: Add avocado paste to the soup and cook it for 10 min.
Step 7: Add boiled shrimp, olive oil to the soup and leave it for 2 min
Step 8: Finally, add white wine to the soup to make it tastier.
Step 9: Garnish avocado shrimp soup with chopped chives.
