Banana is a versatile fruit available in all the seasons. Banana fruit is of various types. Banana milkshake is the nutritious drink and very easy to make at home. Banana milkshake is very healthy too. Every one prefers to eat fruits rather than juice to retain energy from fiber fruit. In summer we tend to drink the something cold like juice so usually people prefer to drink milkshakes.
- 1 ripe banana of any variety
- 4-5 table spoons of sugar
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Few drops of vanilla essence
Step 1: Remove the protected layer of ripen banana and cut into pieces
Step 2: In a processor mix, add banana pieces, sugar, vanilla essence an ½ cup of milk.
Step 3: Mix them till they turn into smooth paste. Check the taste of the banana paste to add the sufficient amount of sugar.
Step 4: Add remaining milk and vanilla scoop and mix till it gets to desired consistency.
Step 5: You can also add more milk to get thin milkshake.
Note: Add few drops of lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
