Chicken tikka is a delicious snack made in the form of spring rolls. There are different recipes that are made with chicken but this is favourite for everyone. Let us see how to make this chicken tikka rolls at home.
- Spring roll sheets- 3
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1cup
- Chopped mint leaves-1cup
- Chopped ginger- 1spoon
- Chopped onion juice- ½ cup
- Lemon juice- 2spoons
- Chopped cabbage- 1cup
- Plain flour paste- for 3 dough surfaces
- Green chilli chopped- 1 spoon
- Oil for deep fry
Step 1: Clean chicken with water thoroughly.
Step 2: Cut chicken into small pieces and serve in a bowl.
Step 3: Add ginger, chopped green chillies, lemon juice and onions and stir it well.
Step 4: After 2min add chopped cabbage, mayonnaise to chicken and mix it well.
Step 5: Take a plain spring role, put the chicken mixture and roll it tightly.
Step 6: Close the edges with flour paste.
Step 7: Heat oil in kadai and fry the chicken rolls till it turns into brown colour.
Step 8: Serve it plate and garnish with carrot, tomato and onion slices.
Step 9: Eat chicken tikka spring rolls along with the mint chutney.
