Ingredients
- Cluster beans (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- Chopped Tomatoes = 2
- Chopped onions = 1
- Oil
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric powder = 1/2tbsp
- Coriander powder = 1tbsp
- Garlic paste = 1/4tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Garam masala = 1tbsp
- Green chilies =2
- Tomato paste
Procedure
Step 1: Take an oil in a pan and heat it for 1 min.
Step 2: Add the cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Step 3: Add the onions and fry until it becomes golden brown.
Step 4: Now add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, garlic paste and green chili.
Step 5: Let it cook until the dry smell of garlic paste leaves. Stir it nicely.
Step 6: Add the chopped beans, turmeric, salt, coriander and cumin powders.
Step 7: Stir them and allow it to cook for 2 minutes. Add half cup of water and cover the pan with a lid.
Step 8: Cook until the beans become soft.
Step 9: Sprinkle garam masala and mix it well. Plate it by garnishing with coriander leaves.
