How to make cucumber smoothie

Cucumber is healthy and juicy vegetable cultivated all over the world. Cucumber smoothie is very easy to make.  It is very delicious refreshing drink mostly preferred in summer. cucumber cures diabetes, cancer, reduces cholesterol, controls blood pressure.


  • Curd- 1 cup
  • Chopped tomato ½ tbsp
  • Cucumber ¾ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Step 1: Take a fine cucumber without bitter taste

Step 2: Take a small slot grater, and finely grate the cucumber.

Step 3: Now take a acrylic jar, Add 1-cup of curd,¾ -cup of finely grated cucumber  and ½ -tbsp of chopped tomato.

Step 4: Now fix the jar to the food processor and blend

Step 5: Later add some salt and black pepper to taste

Step 6: Pore into the glasses

Tasty and healthy cucumber smoothie is ready to drink.
