- 200 gm of rice vermicelli pack
- 10-15 cashew nuts
- 6-9 green chilies
- ½ cup of green peas
- 4 spoons of lemon juice
- ¼ table spoon of turmeric powder
- 4-5 spoons of chopped coriander leaves
- Few curry leaves
- 2 spoons of urad dal
- 1 spoon of chana dal
- 4 table spoons of oil
- Required salt
- ½ spoon of mustard seeds
Step 1: Boil rice vermicelli. Let it cool down it temperature.
Step 2: Boil green peas in water for 15 min
Step 3: Heat oil and pour some mustard seeds in oil. Add chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts fry them until they get golden brown color.
Step 4: Add green chilies, green peas .fry them deep for 3-4 min
Step 5: Add curry leaves, turmeric powder and enough salt. Off the flame, leave for 5 min.
Step 6: Add vermicelli to the mixture. Add few drops of lemon juice, chopped coriander.
Step 7: Mix them thoroughly.
