How to make masala cashew nuts fry

Masala cashew nut fry is a spicy and crispy snack item easy to prepare at home. With its delicious taste cashew nuts became a favourite food for all. These are low fat contents, it also have anti-oxidants and minerals that boost our health. Now let us see how to prepare masala cashew nuts fry.


  • Cashew- 2 cups
  • Garam masala- ½ spoon
  • Chat masala – 1 spoon
  • Amchoor powder- ¼ spoon
  • Black pepper powder- ¾ spoon
  • Red chilli powder-1/4 spoon
  • Salt pinch
  • Ghee- 2 spoons
  • Oil to fry


Step 1: Take cashew nuts in a bowl, add garam masala, amchur powder, black pepper powder and red chilli powder and salt

Step 2: Mix them well by adding some ghee.

Step 3: keep aside for 15min.

Step 4: Heat oil in kadai to fry the cashew

Step 5: Fry cashew nuts till they turn into brown colour.

Step 6: Off the flame and serve them on plate.

Step 7: Sprinkle chat masala powder on hot cashew nuts.

Step 8: Store masala cashew nuts in a tight container after temperature reduces.

Step 9: If you need you can also sprinkle lemon juice.
