How to make masala oats vadai recipe

  • Pepper masala oats- 50gms
  • Plain flour- 2cups
  • Butter- ½ cup
  • Crushed black pepper- 2 spoon
  • Sugar- 3spoons
  • Egg-1
  • Milk- 1cup
  • Lemon juice- 1spoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves- ½ cup
  • Cream- ¼ cup
  • Spring onions chopped- 1 spoon
  • Tomato sauce


Step 1: Take a bowl, add butter, pepper, sugar and egg stir it well using beater and make into smooth paste.

Step 2: Later add refined plain flour, milk and stir it well.

Step 3: Add spicy masala oats and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Step 4: Make the mixture into smooth dough and marinate it for 10min.

Step 5: Make dough into small balls and coat it with plain flour.

Step 6: Press batter balls evenly on all sides and bake the balls in oven for 10-15min.

Step 7: Take a bowl, add cream, lemon juice, crushed pepper corns, parsley leaves and mix it well.

Step 8: Serve masala oat vadai in a plate and garnish with cream and spring onions.
