How to prepare peanut butter smoothie

Peanut butter is a crunchy and smooth paste of peanuts. These are good sources of unsaturated fat.  It is combination with jams or any beverages, smoothies etc. Peanut butter smoothie is tasty drink with chocolate flavour. This is a chilled drink mostly prefer to drink in hot summer. It is simple and easy to prepare. Let us see how to make peanut butter smoothie at home.


  • Cocoa powder- ½ spoon
  • Peeled bananas- 3 small
  • Honey – 2spoons
  • flax seeds- 2 spoons
  • Chopped cashew nuts- 2 spoons
  • Almond milk- 2 cups
  • Yoghurt- ¼ cup
  • Peanut butter- ½ spoon
  • Chocolate pieces- 1 spoon


Step 1: Take bananas and peel off the skin, cut into pieces.

Step 2: Using mixer, mix bananas, chocolate pieces, peanut butter, honey, yogurt, almond milk grind them till they become smooth.

Step 3: Add spoon of flax seeds and cocoa powder and grind them into fine liquid.

Step 4: Serve the smoothie separately in glasses.

Step 5: Add honey and flax seeds as toppings for each glass.

Step 6: Store in refrigerator for 30min. sprinkle chopped cashew nuts on smoothie

Step 7: Now drink chilled peanut butter smoothie.
