This may prevent from allergic conditions too. Nowadays, due to different lifestyles, many people are not finding time for taking care of their eyes. So by using these some home based tips they can easily take care of their eyes and make eyes beautiful and healthier.

Tips used for eye care

Healthy diet: Consuming tomatoes and carrots regularly makes eyes healthy and fit.

Potato slices: Potatoes play an important role in keeping eyes heavy. So by taking two rounds sliced potatoes and keeping them on eyes for 10 to 15 min. Then remove it. By doing this daily it may help to feel relaxed and improve attractiveness/beauties of eyes.

Cold water: Regular use of cold water for washing or cleaning of eyes helps from any dust /dirt into eyes.

Massage: Regular massage to the eyes using almond, vitamin E or olive oil for 10 to 20 min, also gives eyes relaxation and helps to prevent dark circles. You can massage your eyes weekly once.

Cucumber massage: Cucumber can also be used for massaging of eyes, keep the cucumber slices on eyes and relax for 15 to 20 min then wash with cold water.

Cucumber juice: Apply cucumber juice on the black circles with cotton for 2-3 weeks regularly.

Almond & honey: Mix equal amount of almond oil and honey. Apply a few drops on black circles for 2 weeks. Both wrinkles and black circles are cured.

Cold water treatment: Dip your eyes in cold water after the bath for 10 minutes. It protects your beautiful eyes.

Cold water wash: Washing your face with cold water daily more than twice.

Vitamin E: Apply vitamin E oil around your eyes to get rid of dark circles.

Rose water treatment: Clean your eyes using rose water before going to bed every day. It gives glowing and dirt free eyes.

Cucumber piece: Keeping a piece of cucumber on eyes, we feel relaxed.

Tomato juice and lemon juice: Mix tomato juice and lemon juice in equal quantity and apply around the eyes. After 30 minutes, wash it off with cold and hot water alternatively.

Tea bag: Apply cooled tea bags over closed eyes. Don’t use herbal tea bags, because most are not as effective as the black tea bags.

Chilled cotton balls: Keep cotton balls in chilled water and keep for 5-10 minutes with your eyes.

Tomato pulp, turmeric, lime juice and gram flour: Mix 1 tablespoon of tomato pulp, pinch of turmeric, ½ tsp of lime juice and 1 tsp of gram flour till it becomes a paste. Apply gently on eyelids and darkened areas. Leave it on for half an hour. Remove gently with moist cotton pads.

Almond oil and lime juice: Keep hot and cold compress under your eyes for 10 minutes. Then apply a teaspoon of almond oil mixed with half teaspoon of lime juice on the dark surface every night before going to bed.

Honey and almond oil: Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with ½ teaspoon of almond oil. Apply it on at bedtime. In the morning wash your face as usual and pat dry. You will see good results over a period of time.

Almond and milk: Soak 5 almonds overnight. Next day, first thing in the morning, peel, almonds and eat them by chewing well. Follow with a glass of milk.

Chilled spoon: You need to place a rounded spoon in the fridge for a few minutes. Once cold, pull it out and hold it against the puffy portion.

Cucumber/ Potato pulp with basil tea: Slice a small raw potato or cucumber and blend to fine consistency. Strain juice and preserve pulp. Prepare a cup of basil tea and add the pulp to it. Pour the mixture into ice trays and make it into cubes. Dab them onto puffy eyes. Rinse and then pat dry.
