Chilled spoon

Allow the rounded spoon to cool in the fridge for a few minutes. Once cooled, take it off and place it against the puffy portion of the eyes. This is a very effective method in reducing puffiness

Almonds and milk

Fruits and vegetables

A balanced diet is necessary for protecting the eyes and also for healthy eyes, so make sure that the diet containing lots of green vegetables like spinach, carrots, beet-root and yellow fruits including mango, orange and papaya which are rich in carotene (A precursor of Vitamin A), milk, nuts, beans, egg.
