Aloe vera to refine your pores

You need to use a toner in order to remove dry, dead skin that clogs pores. Red tea is rich in zinc and alpha hydroxyl acids. It helps to dissolve the top layer of dead skin cells, and the aloe vera juice that restores moisture. Take ½ cup of distilled water, 1 tablespoon of Rooibos tea i.e., red tea, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice, and 2 tablespoons of rosewater. Take a cup of red tea and let it steep for 20 minutes before removing the bag and place it in the fridge. Pour the aloe vera juice and rosewater into a bottle, top off with the chilled tea, close cap and shake well. Swipe it on the skin with a cotton pad.

Banana and egg hair treatment

For this you need to mix one egg and a mashed up banana. Apply this thick paste to your hair. Leave it for about 10 – 30 minutes. Then wash it off with a hair washing ritual.

Deep conditioning, hair treatment

Use melted coconut oil as a deep conditioning hair and scalp treatment. Massage coconut oil into your scalp and then work it through your hair. Leave it on for a couple of hours and then wash it off using a shampoo.

Honey face mask

Take a raw honey to get soft and beautiful skin. Use a tablespoon of honey and gently warm it by rubbing your fingertips together. Spread on your face and leave it for 5 – 10 minutes. Then wash off with warm water. Rinse it off with and pat dry.

Body scrub

Mix 2 to 1 ratio of olive oil and sea salt to make a quick and effective body scrub. It helps to get rid of dead skin cells. This gives softer and more glowing skin.

Cleansing, moisturizing and nourishing your skin

Dip a piece of cotton wool in raw milk and wipe the face with it. It cleans unseen dirt.

Mix 1 tablespoon of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a cup of yogurt, to make a paste. Apply this paste on your face. Leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash off with a wet tissue. It improves your skin complexion and glow of face.

Soak a teaspoon of urad dal and 5-6 almonds overnight. Grind this to form a thick paste. Apply this paste on your face and then wash it off with water after 30 minutes. This gives nourishes the facial skin.

Natural blackhead removal

Take 4 to 5 drops of raw honey on an open lemon wedge. Then rub the lemon on your face for a minute. Leave it for 5 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. The citrus make your skin photosensitive.

Healthy diet

Eat healthier foods like fish, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Eat other foods, but lower the intake of fat, sugar, and calories. Avoid some foods that are high in calories on an empty stomach. Try to avoid eating too much junk food like chips, pizza, cookies, cakes etc. Don’t starve yourself because it may cause serious health problems. Consume healthy liquids and plenty of water. Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

Coconut for skin glow

Grate a raw coconut and squeeze milk out of it. Apply this milk over your lips and face. It adds grace and glow to your skin.

Exercise

Exercise while dieting is a must or your skin will be too large for your smaller body. It is much tougher to tighten skin after your body shrinks than as you go.

Wear clothes that are good in

Try to avoid wearing clothes that do not flatter your figure. Wear some matching accessories with your dress to give you a pretty and modern look.
